There is a $5.00 per box charge for each box received payable to the Savannah Marriott Riverfront Hotel when you pick up your boxes. Because there is limited storage space, boxes should not arrive earlier than 23 November. A storage fee of $10.00 per day, per box will be applied to any materials received by the hotel earlier than 27 November. Boxes left on premises for longer than one (1) week after departure without shipping instructions will be discarded. Any item over 100 pounds must be delivered to a drayage company; the Convention Services Manager (Cindy Johnson) can assist you with these arrangements.
